Please see the Google Calendar below. Every effort is made to keep this up-to-date but a full list of regular events can be found in this post: MBC Regular Events

Here’s a cleaned-up version — grouped by day, bold headers for scanability, trimmed the repeated “Housegroup” mentions into a clearer pattern, and moved contact details to a single sign-off:

It would be impossible to list everything that goes on at MBC in a single post — we regularly host one-off events too, like Plant Sales, Craft Fairs and Cream Teas. Below are the regular, ongoing activities you can expect week to week.

Sunday

  • 11:00 — Sunday Service. In church and on YouTube, lasting just over an hour. First Sunday of the month is Café Church; third Sunday we celebrate Communion.
  • Sunday School, running alongside the service — young children learning about Jesus and the love of God.
  • 19:00–20:00 — Rock Solid. Youth club for teenagers, mixing fun with the occasional serious challenge.

Monday

  • 10:00–12:00 — Beacon Café. Free Warm Space, run alongside The Lord’s Pantry, which distributes food and toiletries to those in need.

Tuesday

  • 10:00–11:30 — Stepping Stones. Toddler group, term time only.
  • 12:00–14:00 — Housegroup (in church).

Wednesday

  • 10:30–14:00 — Lunch Club. Games, quizzes and a hot lunch for our seniors.
  • 19:30–21:30 — Housegroup (hybrid: half in the Music Room, half online).
  • 19:30–21:30ish — Ladies Housegroup (Corner Room).
  • 19:30–21:00 — Country Dancing.

Thursday

  • 14:00–16:00 — Open Door Craft Group. Our second Warm Space of the week — no experience needed, free refreshments, plenty of chat.
  • 19:00–21:00 — Bible Study and Prayer (Music Room).

Friday

  • 10:00–11:00 — Bible Study (in church).
  • 20:00–22:00 — Housegroup (in a member’s home).

Ongoing support and groups
Alongside the weekly timetable, MBC also runs: a confidential Pastoral Team; a Parkinson’s Exercise Class; two Extend Exercise Classes for older friends; Pilates; Pathways Christian Counselling; a worship band playing at Sunday services; significant support for the Leeds and Moortown Furniture Store; home and overseas Mission work; and PACT (Neighbourhood Policing) and local councillor surgeries.

We also mark key dates through the year with special services — Baptisms, Easter, Harvest and Christmas.
